La Route Verte - E-bike tour

From Schaffhausen to Geneva, the Route Verte crosses the entire Jura Arc.

Section 2: Herznach - Basel

This section leads from Herznach to Balstal. The stage leads through the middle of the Aargau Jurassic Park with its unique landscapes dominated by high-trunk trees. The locally produced apple juice gives you just the energy you need for the onward journey. If you travel in spring, you will be enchanted by the blossoming cherry trees! You will then reach Balsthal in the Thal Nature Park, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ruins of Neu Falkenstein Castle.
