Rotes Haus - Seffelraum
The newly built Seffelraum, which opened in 2018, is designed as a multi-purpose room and offers space for seminars, workshops, meetings and aperitifs.
200-year-old listed house.
In 2018, the dilapidated house at Habich-Dietschy-Strasse 1 was transformed into an intergenerational centre for advisory services. The multipurpose room was named after the pseudonym of composer and former owner Josef Enzlers alias Xander Seffel and is therefore called «Seffelraum».
It offers space for seminars, workshops, meetings and aperitifs. The well-equipped kitchen can also be used, as well as the outdoor space (without furniture) with green area.
