National Holiday
Celebrate the national holiday of Switzerland in Rheinfelden. The official celebration of the city of Rheinfelden will take place on the Kurbrunnen grounds. Entertainment will be provided by Angelo Pisano & Band, Dominik Tanner will give the festive speech and Alicia Lehmann will show her dancing skills on stage.

Celebrate Switzerland's birthday with us on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at the Kurbrunnenanlage. From 6 pm, the festive economy is open. Grillade, but also vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as coffee and fine pastries are on the menu. Responsible for the catering is Christian Pelaez and his team.

- 18:00: Opening of the restaurant
- 18:45: Welcome by Davina Benkert, city guide of Tourismus Rheinfelden
- 20:00 h: Ceremonial address by Dominik Tanner, President of FC Rheinfelden
- 21:45: Lampion parade through the old town
- 22:55 h: National anthem
- 23:00 h: Fireworks with music
- 23:15 h: End of the celebration
In between, Angelo Pisano & Band and dancer Alicia Lehmann will entertain.

You can also celebrate twice at the Rhine. Enjoy fine salads, antipasti, juicy grills with side dishes and a dessert buffet on the Rhine terrace with a wonderful panoramic view on Tuesday in fine weather (in bad weather in the restaurant Bellerive) from 7 pm.
A delicious 3-course selection menu accompanied by the pianist, Richard Pecek, awaits you on the Park Terrace from 6:30 p.m. (in case of bad weather in the Park Café restaurant).
Restaurant Schützen.
A special menu on the theme of "Classique Suisses" awaits you in the Restaurant Schützen. Let yourself be spoiled on the idyllic garden terrace.
Feldschlösschen Restaurant.
Swiss specialties are also available at the Feldschlösschen Restaurant. According to the motto "Typisch Schwiiz" you can expect many other highlights besides Berner Rösti, Olma Bratwurst and Chässpätzli.
Restaurant Schiff.
A delicious 4-course menu with matching wine accompaniment awaits you at Restaurant Schiff. With a view of the Rhine, you'll also have a great view of the fireworks at 11pm.
