Rheinfelden is a stage stop and it is worth spending more than just one night in the Zähringer town. The health-promoting saltwater baths are a welcome respite before the final stage to Basel.

On its way from its source in Graubünden to Basel, the Rhine connects 15 worlds of experience and enjoyment to create an attractive overall offer. RheinWelten links the existing Cycling in Switzerland "Rhine Route 2" with selected regional experiences, sights and attractions. An enjoyable journey of discovery awaits cyclists and e-bikers.
Stage 8: Bad Zurzach - Rheinfelden
This stage starts in the wellness oasis of Bad Zurzach and leads to Koblenz, near the Klingnau reservoir. The picturesque Laufenburg is followed by the wellness destination of Rheinfelden with its beautiful historic old town.

Stage 9: Rheinfelden - Basel
From Rheinfelden, the route continues to Augusta Raurica, the Roman town with the largest silver treasure of late antiquity and the best-preserved ancient theater north of the Alps. The next highlight is also the stage destination: the city of Basel.
