Mountain bike route Tiersteinberg

Mountain biking in the Jurapark.

The Tiersteinberg mountain bike route is a varied tour in the middle of the beautiful Jurapark Aargau landscape. From Frick, the route first takes you over hilly terrain to a plateau between Schupfart and Frick. Past the sports airfield the route continues to Wegenstetten and then follows the actual ascent in the forest at Tiersteinberg.

Especially in autumn and spring it is a pleasure. But also on hot summer days the forest sections make the tour pleasant. Along the way, numerous vantage points on the Wegenstetter and Schupfarter Fluh, where there is also a fireplace, are a delight.

Also the Tiersteinberg ruins, a Celtic burial mound, the place of power at the Buschberg chapel and the Lourdes grotto in Wegenstetten. In spring and summer, various farm shops and vineyards tempt visitors with regional specialities.
