Red House - Seffel Room
The newly built Seffel Room, which opened in 2018, is designed as a multi-purpose room and offers space for seminars, workshops, meetings and drinks receptions.
200-year-old listed building.
In 2018, the dilapidated house at Habich-Dietschy-Strasse 1 was transformed into an intergenerational center for advisory services. The multi-purpose room was named after the pseudonym of the composer and former owner Josef Enzlers, alias Xander Seffel, and is therefore called the "Seffel Room".
It offers space for seminars, workshops, meetings and drinks receptions. The well-equipped kitchen can also be used, as can the outdoor space (without furniture) with green area.
