Fricktal Museum Rheinfelden
When stones talk and objects tell history... The Fricktal Museum brings the past of Rheinfelden and the Fricktal to life for the whole family.
Most of the exhibits have a direct connection to Rheinfelden or the Fricktal.
The museum invites visitors with various collection focuses from prehistory and early history to modern times. They provide regional and foreign visitors with interesting facts about the history and art of the region. This makes the collection an important Fricktal institution.
Haus zur Sonne.
The interior of the house, partly in its original 19th century state, such as the Sonnenstube, the inner courtyard at ground level or the imperial society on the second floor with oil paintings (18th century) from the Habsburg family, also offer a special ambience.
