Wäberhölzli footpath
A beautiful walk through the Wäberhölzli forest area. The circular route takes you through the Rheinfeld forest on well-maintained natural roads.
This route leads close to the Rhine through the "Wäberhölzli" forest area.
The starting point is behind Reha Rheinfelden at the access road to the "Alte Saline" residential development. Via the "Mittlerer Weg" you reach the "Schwarzer Weg". You can see the Rheinfelden power station through the Rhine bank vegetation. At the Waggonbau Meyer company, the route turns west onto the old, straight path. You return to the starting point via the Wäberholzweg.
The circular route takes you along well-maintained natural roads and paths through the Rheinfelden forest. The Wäberholzweg trail has a moderate gradient and is only suitable to a limited extent for people with walking difficulties.
