On the trail of salt - theme trail from Rheinfelden town park to the Riburg salt works
The 3.2-kilometre-long salt trail takes you from the Riburg salt works to the Rheinfelden town park.
The trail is all about Switzerland's salt deposits and tells the story of salt, from the primordial sea through antiquity and the Middle Ages to the present day. There are 10 different stelae on the salt trail. The entry boards are located in Riburg and at the town park in Rheinfelden.

The course can be completed in both directions. At each post there is a small description and a QR code. This leads to a website that provides more information.
