Kaiseraugst Rhine ferry
The Rhine ferry from Kaiseraugst has tradition and charm and can be booked for special trips.
Ferry service
Kaiseraugst - Herten (D) .
The Kaiseraugst Rhine ferry has a long tradition. In the 19th century, it was a means of transportation for agriculture, and after the Second World War, cross-border commuters from Baden who worked in Switzerland used the ferry as a means of transportation.
Today it is a tourist attraction for Kaiseraugst and connects the two countries of Switzerland and Germany.

Evening cruises and fondue cruises are also offered. An additional attractive offer are individually bookable special trips - a great opportunity to discover the country from the Rhine. We recommend a trip from/to Rheinfelden with its beautiful old town. The special trips can only be booked outside the regular ferry operating times. Chilled drinks are available. Catering must be organized by the customer.
