With various levers and cranks the ball can roll all around. The track is open to the public and recommended for children over the age of six. Thanks to a roof, it is well protected from the rain.
Marble run by Bernese artist Stefan Grünenfelder.
For 16 years, the popular marble run stood on the Gurten near Bern. With its 21 mechanisms and almost 200 metres of track, it thrilled marble run fans. A new and larger marble run replaced it in autumn 2015. Migros Aare extensively overhauled the marble run and decided to give it away as part of its cultural percentage commitment. Rheinfelden responded to the public tender. The jury awarded the contract to the town because of the attractive location.
