The excellent Mediterranean fish cuisine also boasts the finest meat dishes as well as vegetarian and vegan variations. Fresh vegetables and herbs come from the hotel's own "Urban Garden". The daily changing lunch menus are seasonal and host Nora Mugwika creates a fine cocktail every month.
