Federal celebration
Celebrate Switzerland's national holiday in Rheinfelden. The official celebration of the town of Rheinfelden will take place at the Kurbrunnen. Angelo Pisano & Band will provide the entertainment, Robi Conrad will give the celebratory speech and the men's choir will create a festive atmosphere with their singing.
Official August 1st celebration in Rheinfelden.
Celebrate Switzerland's birthday with us on Friday, August 1, 2025 on the Kurbrunnen grounds. The festival restaurant will be open from 6 pm. You will find food stands from Samantha & her team on site. There will be grilled sausages and dumplings, a vegetarian rice and vegetable dish, drinks, desserts and coffee.
Program
- 18:00: Opening of the festival restaurant
- 18:45: Welcome by Roland Graf, town guide from Tourismus Rheinfelden
- 18:50: Angelo Pisano & Band
- 19:50: Male choir
- 8:00 p.m.: Speech by Dr. Robi Conrad, linguist & town guide
- 20:15: Angelo Pisano & Band
- 21:25: Male choir
- 21:45: Lantern parade through the old town for young & old
- 22:55: National anthem
- 23:00: Fireworks with music
- 23:15: End of the celebration

Swiss specialties are also available in the Feldschlösschen Restaurant. According to the motto "Typically Swiss", you can expect Bernese rösti, Olma bratwurst and Chässpätzli as well as many other highlights.
Restaurant Eden.
A delicious 3-course menu awaits you at Restaurant Eden. Located in the middle of the idyllic park, the team will spoil you with culinary highlights.
